One of my favourite things on a cake is FRESH FLOWERS!!Again, it's a great example of simple elegance, with white on white, & just a hint of colour (brought in from the room's decor). Flowers just inject so much life to whatever the canvas!
This cake was all Chocolate Fudge, very moist and rich, with chocolate buttercream filling. Completely covered in marshmallow fondant & hand-piped scrollwork done in royal icing (can you say arthritis?!?)
Cake Size: 12" - 10" - 8" (all tiers - 4.5" tall)
